Howard Forman, Ph.D.
Dr. Forman's areas of expertise includes organization and coordination of multiple profit centers, 3PL (Third Party Logistics: outsourcing / managing complex distribution requirements) and B2B (Business 2 Business) inter-organizational integration, supply chain management, manufacturing, pricing and technology implementation.
In addition to successfully negotiating and administering contracts with the Department of Defense and developing domestic and international strategies for a major Japanese automotive manufacturer, he has extensive experience with both the chemical and the pharmaceutical industries.
Dr. Forman has authored many research papers that have been published in internationally acclaimed academic and professional industry journals. As an adjunct professor at ESCP-EAP School of Management (Paris, France), Dr. Forman is also an Assistant Professor of Marketing at LeBow College of Business, Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA).

Mr. Sokol is internationally recognized as a specialist in RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology. This has become an essential tool for any manufacturing company that desires improved monitoring and control of equipment and supply usage and the tracking of products from the production line through to the consumer.
Mr. Sokol ability to understand emerging technologies and marketplace trends is evidenced in the four emerging technology companies he founded, including DigitalPress Inc., which obtained a copyright on its unique presentation compression technology that predated CD ROMs and Electronic Directory Corporation, an interactive public access touch screen directory for hospitals, tourism, and commercial building developments.
